My MenoJourney Story

I want to say thank you to Menolink for your advice on how to get the best from a GP appointment.  A friend told me she had just sent her menojourney so I went on the website to read it.  I'd just made an appointment at my doctor surgery but it was a 3 week wait so I did what you suggested and kept a diary and all that.  When I went in I felt properly confident about what I was talking about and slapped a copy of all my symptoms down on his desk and he said that he wished all his patients were that organised.  He prescribed me some stuff and I even got another appointment in 2 months to see how I am.  It went so well and seeing as how stressed I was before I'm so chuffed with myself.
